荷兰mvv签证是什么？
MVV visas， which are issued by the Dutch government， are permits that you require to apply for temporary residence permit after arrival. You do not have to apply for it before your arrival in Netherlands， but the university will ask for proof of your application for the visa. It is advisable to apply for the MVV visa atleast 3-4 months prior to your departure for Netherlands， and you should do it through the dutch embassy in your home country.
Mvv签证由荷兰政府签发，是申请欧盟申根国家有效签证后申请临时居留许可需要的文件。不用在到荷兰之前申请MVV签证，但是需要提供申请MVV签证的承诺。至少要在离家去荷兰之前提前3-4个月申请MVV签证，在所在国家的荷兰大使馆申请即可。
